3. Licensing & Registration
*Data Accuracy:* When applying for licenses (Boxer, Promoter, Manager, Official) or registering an event, you must provide accurate, current, and complete professional, personal, and medical information. Providing false data will result in immediate disqualification and legal/disciplinary action.
*Fees and Payments:* All processing fees for licensing, sanctioning, or registrations are non-refundable, regardless of whether a license is approved, suspended, or an event is cancelled, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the commission in writing.
4. Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Action
All registered and licensed members are expected to maintain the highest standards of sportsmanship and professionalism. The commission reserves the right to impose fines, suspensions, or permanent bans on any individual who:
* Violates official weigh-in or medical protocols.
* Brings the sport of professional boxing into disrepute through unsportsmanlike behavior, illegal activities, or breach of contract.
* Fails to comply with official doping regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
