Issuance of NOC – International Fight
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Issuance of No Objection Certificate (NOC) / Medical Authorization
- For Participation in International Professional Boxing Bouts
- The Professional Boxing Organisation of India (PBOI) may issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or Medical Authorization to boxers intending to compete in International Professional Boxing events, subject to the submission of the prescribed application form.
- Please note that the issuance of this authorization is strictly subject to verification of valid PBOI licenses and all existing records, including but not limited to medical examinations and blood reports.
- An official invitation letter from the host boxing commission or event promoter is mandatory. This invitation must be issued on the organization’s official letterhead or sent via a legitimate and verifiable email address. Kindly note that a BoxRec listing of the event will not be accepted as an invitation letter.
- Certain international boxing commissions may require MRI and/or MRA scans. Boxers scheduled to compete in such jurisdictions must submit the required scans separately to the PBOI office as part of the approval process.
- All authorizations will be granted only after completion of mandatory checks and verifications in accordance with PBOI regulations.
- Applicants are advised to allow a minimum processing period of 72 hours for this request.
- The processing fee of INR 1,000 is applicable. The fee must be paid online at the time of application submission.
