Cancellation & Refund Policy – Boxing License
Once an application for an Annual Professional Boxing License has been approved, it becomes final. Cancellations or refunds are not permitted after approval.
However, if an application is not approved by the Professional Boxing Organisation of India (PBOI), the license fee will be refunded within 5–7 working days.
A nominal amount of ₹150 will be deducted as processing charges.

When do I get the License?
Once you have successfully completed the application process and submitted the required fees, your details will be promptly processed. Your information will be shared with your designated Boxing Promoter and simultaneously uploaded or updated on BoxRec. This verification and listing process begins immediately upon receipt of the completed application and payment.
Please note that PBOI no longer issues physical license cards. All boxers holding a valid Professional Boxing License issued by PBOI will be officially listed on www.proboxingindia.com, which serves as the primary record of licensed professional boxers.
